With a little help from my friends.
So, you've seen the fabulous cover:
And, by now you've probably been to THIS site to order up your very own copy...what? You haven't? Oh yeah, you've been waiting for the 20% off and FREE shipping code, right? Well - here you go: SKETCH20 - just enter that in the check out lane and you'll save a cool $5.99; can't beat that.
So, you've ordered up your copy, now you want some online inspiration. I hear you. How about over thirty new, never before seen cards to whet your appetite? I've asked five of my sweet friends to create a card based on this sketch:
I'm telling you, these gals are super creative, so go check them out and be sure to leave a comment --- you will be entered to win one of several free copies of Go-to Sketches!
Latisha Yoast
Tina Cockburn
Ashley N. Newell
Allison Landy
Ashley Harris
And since I never ask my friends to do what I wouldn't do (does that even make sense?) I created a brand new card, too.
It's a sentiment that's near and dear to my heart right now. I love that the embellishments on this card can be whatever your heart desires: flowers, clouds, butterflies, anything.
Now, you can hop on over to the other Go-to Gals because they've asked five of THEIR friends to create cards based on their own sketches. So, if I've done my math correctly, that's 30 friends + 6 Go-to Gals =wow! 36 cards waiting to be seen! And 36 chances to win a free magazine, too.

To be entered to win here on my blog, let me know what Easter candy you are hoarding in your private stash? Or, what Easter candy you WISH you hadn't eaten? Hee, hee.
Later (and have a blast blog hopping).
The Easter bunny didn't bring me any chocolate this year - I've been told he's coming after the Easter egg sales on Wednesday, LOL!! I've got my eye on a Lindt bunny :)

I bought Cadbury Mini eggs thinking that all my guest would eat them but unfortunately (for my waistline not for my tastebuds) I am finishing them off.
What a great take on the sketch.
Posted by: Marsha | April 06, 2010 at 08:02 AM
Luckily, I did not stuff my kids baskets full of candy, it was matchbox cars and a big racetrack. But, I did enjoy the Cadbury mini eggs while they lasted!
Love the hang in there card and sketch!
