I know, I know. I'm so slow in getting these posts up. This week I'm turning over a new leaf. Starting tomorrow (ha, ha) I will get my posts up in a timely fashion. There, the gauntlet has been thrown down.
For today, I wanted to share the finished file cabinet since a lot of you gave me suggestions on what color to paint it. It started out as a hand me down from Mom in this lovely industrial beige.
Okay, yes. It has drawers (be pretty useless without them, eh?). But you get the idea.
As a matter of fact, here are the drawers with their first coat of paint.
And...EEEEKKK! It is so cute now! I decided on the light aqua color so it will just kind of blend in with the wall. And, it fits perfectly in that little space next to my Expedit cabinet. It's full of my shipping supplies (with some extras in that potato basket on top of the cabinet), folders for receipts, invoices, etc. Man, I feel SO organized. Heh, heh.
For more fun spray painting projects, check out Becky Higgins blog, she's been a spray painting maniac lately. Super cute ideas!
Oh, and one more thing, starting at noon today, be sure to check out the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol competition. You can check out some cool ribbon techniques on cards and vote for your favorite.
Happy Monday!
Later.

Cute color, turned out really cute. I love Beckys blog, some fun ideas there. Need to learn how to incorporate color into our house somehow, everything is very much the earth tones, I'm liking the brights!

I am so impressed! The color is so anti-office that it looks designer made ie. expensive! That is really terrific inspiration. Now if they only came in 13 x 13......

Start out by removing the glass and back stands from your frames. Do whatever you need to make matching them up later easier for you. Lay all of your frames face up on newspaper or a drop cloth and spray pain them all completely. Let dry. that privacy is a concern only to certain demographics and many will also disagree that people have to cede privacy simply to leverage social networking. It borders on the absurd and demonstrates either a lack of knowledge about a complicated challenge - or reveals the dilemma operators of social network sites face in terms of a credible business model. . cheap chanel bags for sale by joy 02-22.
